Reporting an Errors & Omissions Claim or Circumstance

If you need to report a claim or circumstance that could become a claim, please read the instructions on the policy Declarations Page. Target Professional Programs strives to help with all insurance needs. However, we do not process claims ourselves.

Typically, you’ll want to provide at least the following information:

  • Name of Insured
  • Address / Email Address
  • Policy Number
  • Name of Claimant (If other than Insured)
  • Date of Claim (Circumstance)
  • Description of Claim (Circumstance)
  • Additional information that may be pertinent to the claim or circumstance

Notice of any insurance claim or circumstances which may give rise to a claim should be sent in writing to:
